Thank you for supporting our small business! We stand behind the quality of our tallow-based products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Include a photo of the issue (damaged item, incorrect product, etc.) for quicker resolution.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Products that have been opened or used
Orders delayed due to carrier issues once the package has been shipped

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.
