Thank you for shopping with us at Pretty Cow Tallow Co! We’re committed to delivering your high-quality tallow products promptly and with care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order fulfillment and delivery.

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

 

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or location.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the delivery destination and service selected.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, shipping may take longer or incur additional fees.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier’s website.

 

Shipping Perishables

Our tallow products are packaged carefully to maintain quality during transit. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging or ice packs when necessary to protect the product. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at prettycow.tallow@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
